These are the terms for listening on Original Joyful Songs. They are short, because the site asks little of you.

Listening

The songs are streamed here for personal listening. You may listen as often as you like, on any device, without charge and without advertising.

Playing the songs in a shop, a venue or a broadcast, or as part of another product or service, needs written permission first.

The recordings and the lyrics

The recordings, the lyrics and the artwork are the original work of Original Joyful Songs and are protected by copyright. They may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, re-uploaded, distributed, sold or built into other works without written permission. To ask for permission, use the Contact page.

Sharing a link to a song or to the site is welcome, and every song has a Share option for that.

Using the site fairly

The site is for people listening. Automated requests, scraping, attempts to reach the audio outside the site's own player, and attempts to inflate plays or likes are not permitted, and the site limits repeated requests to keep it fair for everyone.

No warranty

The site is offered as it is. Its availability is not guaranteed, and songs may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time.
